  1. I did a VO2 max workout because I knew I wouldn't be able to do one on Wednesday. 16x300 on the track. The first two were 57. Then I was hitting mostly 56. The last two were 55's. It was a good workout. Happy New Year!!!

  2. My achilles seems to be getting a little better. I ran 65 miles from Tues-Sun last week (6 days). I finally got a new watch and got in a solid 2hr long run with the first 11 miles at 6:43 pace and last 7 miles at 6:35 pace, but really wasn't pushing it, just a natural progression. No other workouts, only easy running. Happy New Year

  3. Ran with EC today. Ran from the ULC to Piedmont and did 12 x the steep hill and then finished running a total of 12 miles in 1:30. Felt pretty good. Stretched and rolled.

  5. 2x10:30 hill repeats in the middle of 9 miles of running. felt good

  6. i did two 10 minute intervals of hills at Marist's trail, then the 6x100 on the track. it felt pretty good.
