ran with EC. 6x 200+300+400. Hit 32-33 for the 200s, 48-50 for the 300s, and mostly 65's for the 400s. I hit pace until the last 400 then ran a 67
5x4x3x2x1 fartlek. Most of it was uphill and it was windy. Felt pretty tough.
