ReplyDelete54 easy miles in the books. Ran a bunch of that with Sam since he was in Colorado this week. Crushed him in a game of spikeball. All the Intel interns think he's extremely cool. Still trying to figure that one out though...
ReplyDelete0 miles this past week. 18 days (but again, who's counting?) and I'm itching to run!
ReplyDelete47 miles for me. The heat is starting to hit, so probably gonna switch to morning runs soon. Loving the relatively cool weather we've had though.
ReplyDelete28 miles again; this week in Munich and Vienna! Currently czeching out Prague with Ellen and Alexandra.

ReplyDelete15 big ones for my first week back. A little soreness here and there, but it's nothing to worry about. The schedule is looking mighty fine if I do say so myself! I got my goals locked and loaded. We ready for war.

ReplyDelete31 miles this week, back on schedule. Happy to have thrown down 8.5 miles today (sunday) for my longest run since January. That schedule for xc has me pumped to get back to racing, it's been too long but I'm feeling (cautiously) optimistic. Things have been otherwise pretty quiet up here on Long Island. I'm just out here bussing tables, nothing too special.
ReplyDelete31 miles + 90 mins swimming. What Brittany said!
ReplyDelete28 miles last week. Shot the Hooch on saturday so that was fun
ReplyDelete40 miles of running last week plus an elliptical session. Also been working on my swing if anyone wants to play a round of golf before we go back.

ReplyDelete0 miles last week to finish off my break from track. I got a surprising call back from the doctor's office saying my initial screening for mono was a false negative from when I was down with a fever, so I guess I do have it :/ However, I feel okay so I'm going to try and start doing some easy runs to get back into it this week and play it by feel. Aside from that my summer has been going swell; working at U-Haul, getting paid, enjoying the sweet rain-free season in Washington.
ReplyDelete33 miles! Also I'm becoming a world-class sub assembler at the local firehouse subs
