ReplyDeleteFirst week back training again from the break and felt great! Happy to get to be running again especially pain free! Hit 17 miles with 2 hours of cross training!
ReplyDelete34 miles and an hour or so of biking! I got a bit lost on my long run today with a cross country skier through the mud, rain, and fog at Sourdough Canyon, but it was an adventure to say the least.
ReplyDelete16 miles with 2 hours of swimming and biking. I was able to avoid the heat a few days this week with the help of a few thunderstorms.
ReplyDelete37 miles and 2 hours of cross training this week. Unless air hockey counts as cross training, in which case make it 4. I’m leading recreation for VBS at my Church this week so I will have to get my runs in a little earlier and make an extra effort to get enough sleep.
ReplyDelete34 miles last week with 2 hrs of swimming and biking. I've been very busy with work and school, but there is always time to go to the beach!
ReplyDelete21 miles last week! 2 hrs of CT. Super excited to start doing some real mileage coming up soon. My mom took me to the Biltmore and the running trails there are INCREDIBLE. 10/10 recommend.
ReplyDelete29 miles last week, same runs as always with my boys that are in town. Otherwise been kicking it at the depot, living the good life of software engineering and big data.
ReplyDelete0 miles on the ground, 1.5 miles on the AG @65%, ~5 hours crosstraining (biking/elliptical/purposeful walking/Aquajogging). I have also been working on glute/hip strengthening since I'm always weak there. I got to see the second Incredibles over the weekend & I loved it! everyone should go see it
ReplyDelete0 miles last week. Did my first run back yesterday. Super tight in my hip still, but I think that will go away with time and strength work. Walked around the city and on the river path yesterday. ATLANTA >>>>>> PORTLAND
ReplyDeleteRan 20 miles this past week with 3 hours of cross training (aquajogging/biking/elliptical/rowing). Calf is still feeling numb but hoping to get answers from my doctors appointment Thursday.

ReplyDelete20 miles, plus a small amount of cross training (less than one hour). Got in a couple good sessions with FPV. Schedule is something — nothing like a season with three regular-season meets.
ReplyDelete34 miles just slowly making may way through the process. Really like the schedule - some great opportunities to show what we can do as a team. Happy FATHERS day !

ReplyDelete33 miles last week. Drove home for fathers day weekend. I got to let my brother drive my car. He’s 15 and he just got his permit. For only his third (legal) time driving, he was pretty good
ReplyDeleteReally excited about the schedule. It was a great week in Colorado - ran 17 miles on some beautiful trails, plus a couple hours of hiking and a half hour on the elliptical

ReplyDeleteI ran 26 miles last week. Looking forward to the season! Still adjusting to the heat and having to run after work during the week
ReplyDeleteLittle bit of a late post but ran 25 miles last week which is a little shorter than what I wanted, had some trouble breathing earlier in the week - allergies have been really acting up recently - but other than that, running has been going well! Also did 40 minutes of aqua jogging. Don't know if you can consider golf as some cross training, but took the paps out for a round of 18 on Father's Day and man was I sore yesterday from that, especially my upper back (haven't golfed in the longest time!). It's been warming up A LOT in Washington finally, time for the rain to go away! Have been continuing all the strength I've been doing and I'm feeling great!
ReplyDelete22 last week. Took 3 days off towards the end of the week because my back and neck have been bugging me. Looking into chiropractors now, but it is starting to feel better on its own too.

ReplyDeleteHit my scheduled mileage the first two weeks with 21 and 25 miles. Feeling pretty good, and the pace feels just right on the runs. Need to be more on top about cross training though. That will probably come in the form of swimming next week as I'll be at the beach.
