ReplyDelete78 miles last week. Everything felt very smooth and I have gotten much better at going the right effort depending on the workout. We went on the coolest trail for Sunday's long-run and saw a bear cub and some rather ferocious mountain goats. After a good 17 miles, we took a refreshing ice bath in the creek followed by some 7/11 slushies. It's been such a fun time and we're all sad to leave but I am excited to be back with the fam soon! Keep up the good work squad :)
