43 miles last week and 40 miles the week before! Worked at a middle school camp last week so had to make sure to keep my runs extra easy since I was busy all day!

40 miles last week finished two of my three summer classes on Tuesday so it was nice to really have nothing to do all week except run.

15 miles and 5 hours of cross training (I returned to the pool and did not get a concussion this time yayyy)! I had a bad headache the other day, but I am basically back to normal. Also, I am reunited with my elliptiGO so I've been enjoying the outdoors while cross training. Finally, this summer is inspired by the Little Mermaid so I spend lots of time in the ocean:) Be safe everyone!

36 miles last week. Left knee hurts and took Saturday off to see if it can diminish the pain. I think the sand running messed up my left leg
