60 miles last week - 13 mile lr, 9x1 min fartlek on tues at 8k pace, 10k in 36 min on treadmill friday. Overall feeling solid! Looking forward to being done with work though.

ReplyDelete56 miles last week. 10x 1min fartlek on Tuesday at 5:00 pace. 5-4-3-2-1 fartlek on Friday at 5:24 pace. Both workouts done on treadmill. Good long run yesterday. Last full week of internship!

ReplyDelete42 miles last week. Making my way back up to full mileage after some leg pain last week and a bit of sickness this week. Good 10x(1 on, 3 off) workout last week, but had to skip Friday workout because of sickness. Should be back on plan this week, looking forward to some consistency again.

ReplyDelete53 last week. 10x1min on Tuesday, 4 mi tempo on Friday. Kind of blew up but it was so hot out I just called it a day at 4 and did a cool down. Feeling recovered and ready to go back up this week.

ReplyDelete50mi last week. 123212321 fartlek on Tuesday 5:36avg. Was aiming for 6mi easy tempo Friday. Got through 4mi at 5:50 avg and had to stop because a big storm was rolling in and a blister I got Thursday was starting to hurt. Biked 14mi Saturday to let the blister heal. Meant to bike for longer but got a flat 7mi in so I had to turn around.

ReplyDelete50 miles last week, only got one workout in due to travel, but replaced with a faster easy run. Good cross training (rock climbing and boxing) and good recoveries. internship is now over, focusing on consistency and recovery for final weeks of summer. feeling good.

Did 2 weekend runs with Ellie and Mary in Florida and the fartlek on Tuesday and easy tempo on Friday which were pretty good for early season considering this is my max mileage and my job is exhausting. I am so excited to go back to school

ReplyDelete57 miles. Accidentally did nearly 14miles on my LR so I guess that was a good introduction to the new normal. Tan it a bit faster and did a little pickup at the end so counted that as my one workout and did the 5,4,3,2,1 fartlek on Thursday.
