  3. 50 miles last week. In Montana for the week and going to have some trouble hitting mileage, but lots of hiking to supplement for that. Already went on a couple hikes and they’ve been tough, so definitely getting a workout in.

  4. 54 miles last week. Diversified my runs last week with different people on different days. Ran with James, Nick, Alex, Jeremiah, and Voss. Had a good fartlek with Alex 10x1 minute. And got a good long run in last Sunday. Feeling the progress and very excited to be back at practice soon.

  11. Only got 28 miles last week. When I got back to the states I immediately got a super bad head cold so I did lower mileage and took it very easy. Feeling much better now and ready to start workouts this week!

  14. 37 miles did the 10x30 secomds which went well. Missed a day of running from travel I had for a conference. Also still feeling mild pain but met with Bev today and it is getting a lot better. Saw the doctor last week and he gave me some more things to do to treat it. It is okay to run through at the moment. Meeting Dr. Glass this week.

  19. 70 miles last week, w/ one 6mi easy tempo, 45' of rowing, and a few hours of hiking in Portland with my Dad. Running in Portland was a very nice change of scenery too. Lots of pain from blisters and tight muscles so trying to be better about stretching and rolling.

  20. 60 miles last week. Had loads of fun out at the KSU running camp. Got a 5x3’, 1x5’, 5x3’ fartlek @tempo in with equal rest and then on Friday did 4 mile easy tempo run. Good LR this past Sunday as well out at my favorite spot in Orlando.

  21. Ran 37 miles last week. Took Wednesday “off” for a strenuous hike up to Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier in Washington. Three runs over 1200 ft of elevation gain (it’s pretty steep here). LR in Seattle turned out quicker pace than usual but felt really good.

  22. 43 miles. It was a blast being a camp counselor last week and I really enjoyed all the different running trails. Ran lower mileage because of all the walking around at camp that kept my legs tired.

  23. 46 miles last week. Tuesday was first run back that felt like I was in decent shape again. Progress. Keeping it easy for the most part, will likely be doing the tempos on treadmill to lock in effort and at the river because I work right next to it. Did my first easy tempo Friday with Tristan and it was great! Will start doing easy tempos / hills this week - definitely easy.

  28. 50 miles last week + an easy tempo. Had a flare up of knee pain last week, so I’m taking a few days to x train. Hoping they calm down with a little bit of rest.
