63mi for the week. 8x1.5” w 2.5” recovery run on Thursday. Avged around 5:10 pace. 54321 on Saturday. Avged 5:35. In France this week visiting my grandfather but I should be able to hit full mileage.
ReplyDeleteKate Jortberg: 60 miles, 2 solid workouts, I’m aiming for 5:45-5:50 as 6k goal pace because without the humidity I believe that would be 5:30ish pace but it is hard to tell and my work schedule is tiring so I am going off feel rather than pace. I can’t wait to leave the corporate world and go back to school
ReplyDelete62 miles this week. Feeling much better and finally back from sickness. Also, pain in leg hasn't resurfaced after its brief appearance a couple weeks ago. Feeling tired, but think I'm just still adjusting to mileage. Workouts were good though.
ReplyDelete57 miles. 2 quality workouts & the Friday workout was so fun because I got to do it at Piedmont with Grace Driskill, & Mary! Moved into the new place and it is so good to be back in ATL. Counting down the days until practice.
ReplyDelete50 miles last week and 47 miles the week before. Managed a solid tempo last Tuesday on the Piedmont 2km loop and a fartlek on Friday. Looking forward to being back with the whole team next week.
ReplyDelete60 miles last week which was my first time reaching full mileage this summer. I took off time in late June so spent time building back up! In South Florida last week and this coming week with Isabella & Kenna so we’ve been getting in all the heat training. Did 2 quality workouts with Tuesday being 8 x 1.5' and Friday 5’-4’-3’-2’-1’. Staying right by our Florida girl Gracie so got to long run by the beach yesterday with her.
ReplyDelete64 miles last week. 8x1.5 on Tuesday and 5-4-3-2-1 on Friday. Excited to be back soon!
ReplyDelete81 miles. I’ve been traveling and a little sick which made getting mileage hard. Workouts felt pretty good. Finally done with school and work which feels fantastic. Looking forward to getting back to practice and seeing everyone!
ReplyDelete55 miles + 20 ish on bike. Workouts felt baller and volume feels very manageable.
ReplyDelete50 miles and 2 workouts! Allie Walker
ReplyDelete35 miles last week.
ReplyDeleteMyles Collins
Delete50 miles had to take it a bit back. 1.5 on 2.5 off went well but 5-4-3-2-1 did not feel the best after 3 because of my leg but got through it. 55 next week.
ReplyDelete59 miles two weeks ago and 52 last week. Took off Friday because I was feeling sick. Workouts have been very solid and felt good. Summer has flown by, but I’m excited to get back to practicing with the team.
ReplyDelete50 miles! A good week of training 2 solid workouts. Weather was insane this week so making sure to hydrate and drink lots of Powerade. Got to long run with Erin and Kenna at the beach! Excited to get back to ATL
ReplyDelete31 miles this past week!
ReplyDelete40 miles last week and completed the 8 x 1.5' workout on Tuesday and 5-4-3-2-1 workout on Friday. The Friday workout was a solid effort and felt great but working on sustainable pacing for the 1.5' intervals. I am also excited to start practices and to see everyone!

ReplyDelete73 miles last week!! I was SO close to hitting full volume, but came up just a little short! Said goodbye to Atlanta on Monday for the next two weeks until move in and moved back home, where its just a little bit hotter and 100% more humid lol... but anyways, I was happy to do two good workouts this week: I did the fartlek on Tuesday, which was a little rough after getting a later start and the day after moving out at 9 pm... then I did an easy tempo on Friday at the beautiful canal in Augusta, and then we drove to Hilton Head and I now I get to run on HHI from Sat until Wed!! So lovely !
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait for the first week of practice to see everyone!! Miss you all!
60 last week. Had a really great 6 mile tempo on Friday but then I Had some weird calf/ankle issues flare up but it was still good to finish weekly mileage on. Feeling better today and looking forward to this week.
ReplyDelete44 miles. Doubled almost everyday. Ran with Parker at Lake Hartwell. Tuesday workout felt easier than last week even with 30 extra seconds
ReplyDelete65 miles last week. 8x1.5’ workout on Tuesday around 5:00 pace and 54321 workout on Friday at about 5:20 pace. Both workouts went well. Over in Clearwater for most of this week.
ReplyDelete55 miles last week. Work out on Friday felt great
ReplyDelete52 miles last week. Did the 1.5 on, 2.5 off on Tuesday and it felt great. Did a tempo on Friday and felt a little off from the start but still ran just a bit faster than 75% tempo pace.
ReplyDelete^Reagan
ReplyDelete70 miles for the week. 1.5 on 2.5 off on Tuesday was good. Started a bit fast but quickly settled into goal pace afterwards. The 54321 on Friday was kinda rough. I was volunteering to be a high school camp counselor at a weekend camp, so I had to wake up and do my workout in the woods at 5:00am in the morning. The workout was on the slow side of things, particularly the 4 and 3 segments. Caught a mild camp cold and spent Monday resting and recovering.
ReplyDelete60 miles last week. Did 7x1.5 on Tuesday and 5,4,3,2,1 on Friday. Survived the drive from AZ to ATL lol. Had a good workout and long run with new teammates and can’t wait for the season!
ReplyDelete40 miles
ReplyDelete60 miles last week !
ReplyDelete50 miles last week in lovely South FL :) Bella, Erin and I took a trip to see my family for the week and it’s been so nice. Lots of doubling because of the heat. 8 x 1.5’ & 5-4-3-2-1 workouts felt smooth despite the blistering weather here. We got to long run with Gracie on Boca Island this past Sunday too! As much as I don’t want this little vacation to end, I’m excited for our first week of practice!
ReplyDelete36 miles last week.
ReplyDelete60 miles last week. Still behind a couple weeks overall so I’m still doing some good tempo efforts. Tried to run some faster paces on Tuesday but it felt like too much too soon. Very happy I made it to 60 tho
ReplyDelete30 miles this past week :) my foot was tight so i laid low and did stretching and swimming in addition to my mileage.

ReplyDelete28 miles last week. 15 miles lr at silver comet which went great, 8.5 miles 8*1.5 min fartlek on monday, then moved into new house tues and got kicked in the butt by sickness from wed - Friday. Ran 4 miles Sat, but back on plan now. Feeling great now.
