ReplyDelete57 miles last week & 2 great fartlek workouts. I have been enjoying the double runs this summer with teammates. Visited the Florida Keys last week so had to move Tuesdays workout to Wednesday because of the heat advisory. Excited to be back with everyone so very soon :)
ReplyDelete63 miles through another week of travel. Amazing workout on Tuesday (7 mile tempo) with some good views. Fartlek on Friday. Excited for practice!
ReplyDeleteI had fun seeing my Grandma last week. Did the 54321 workout on Tues -a bit rough due to the heat and I averaged closer to 5:40 pace- and the 123212321 workout on Friday (5:20-5:25). 64 miles last week.
ReplyDelete42 miles last week. I did my first set of workouts. Tues 4 miles at 6min pace. Friday 4 miles at 6min pace.
ReplyDelete27 miles two weeks ago. 30 miles last week! Excited to see everyone so soon!
ReplyDelete28 miles
ReplyDelete50 miles. Got both workouts done but the Friday one felt a bit harder than the 5-4-3-2-1. Foot is feeling a lot better and got to see Bev 2 last week and also got a message which helped my recovery as well.
ReplyDelete40 miles last week! Did my long-run at Cochran Mills park which was beautiful!
ReplyDelete44 miles last week, I got sick on Wednesday so I dipped in milage until I started feeling better Friday. Did the 5-4-3-2-1 and felt great and a tempo on Friday.
ReplyDelete50 miles! Happy to be back in ATL
ReplyDelete43 miles

ReplyDelete57 miles last week. Feeling good
ReplyDeleteKate Jortberg: 48, short on Friday and didn’t run Saturday because my hip started to bother me and it’s the same side as my femur injury. So going to keep it light this week
ReplyDelete60 miles last week. Hyped for official practice!
ReplyDelete40 miles. 54321 Tuesday and 123 Friday. Did long run at Kennesaw before move in on Sunday. 10/10 for summer training.
ReplyDelete62 miles! The 54321 felt so good and I did a long tempo on Friday (8 miles, 6:22/mile). Missed one double because of storms. So excited for practice tomorrow!
ReplyDelete85 miles last week
ReplyDelete59 miles last week but 9 mile lr and off on monday which is unusual but it was a stressful last week at work. 54321 fartlek with some of the guys at 5:20~ pace. And then 5 miles at 6 min pace on treadmill felt somewhat strained but i think it was just the culmination of stressful week. Getting closer to full mileage tho! More doubles now!!
ReplyDelete38 miles last week and feeling good. Almost hit full mileage but had to cut short because of travel.
ReplyDelete50 miles last week
ReplyDelete60 last week !
ReplyDeleteLast week was a 70 for me. Felt like I did a good job keeping the workouts on pace. Feel good.
