I can't get Webmail to work so this is my update. I'm on a little different schedule so I did 20 x 300m today averaging about 52 and running the last 5 with a little more throttle. Last one was 48. Felt good. Ran in flats in the rain. 40 degrees. That made it a little slow but I felt good.
