I did a 5x4x3x2x1 fartlek. Felt pretty good.

16 x 300s. Most of them were 51s and a few 50s. Didn't feel too good I was surprised that I still hit those times consistently.

24 x 200m. I was running mostly 37's and a few 36's. I felt pretty good today.

Ran 1:30 today for a little over 12 miles. Ran easy effort probably averaging 7:15-7:20. Feel a little tired from the workout yesterday. Rolled and stretched very well.

I did 10x400, around 1:26-1:30, i tried to start out fast but was dying by the end, it felt pretty hard

i ran 12x300s. stayed pretty consistent at 62. hit a few 63s but other than that it was pretty good.

I tried to do six miles hard. It felt good for the first half but didn't end well

13X400m. First few at 67. The majority at 66. Then the last 4 were 65 65 64 64. Felt really good and smooth.

8x400+200. hit 67-68, 33-34. Last 400 went 66 and then 28. felt on the better side of alright.

I'm a little off the sched because of travelling but anyways today i found a treadmill and did four mile reps: 6:17, 6:17, 6:22, 6:22. Felt terrible.

I had to do a fartlek again because of travel and everything. I did 2x90, 4x60, 4x 30, 4x15 it felt alright.
