In the mountains of North Carolina for the start of running camp. At the same time following the Olympic Trials out in Eugene. So suffice to say every day is fully immersed in our sport! But also thinking and planning for our fall season, working to finalize our schedule. I'll post what is set, and then update later. We're giving a lot of thought to the middle of the season so we're still not set there.

Friday, Oct 14 @ BAMA (w= 6k / m= 8k)
Friday, Oct 29 @ ACC's in Cary, NC (w= 6k / m= 8k)

43 miles last week. I spent the weekend with relatives in New York and Im getting on a flight to Italy in 3 hours. Running on Long Island's 75° low humidity shaded roads felt like heaven compared to Florida's hot, wet blanket of humidity and hellfire. I hope everyone's having a great summer and cant wait to see yall in August!
48 miles. Couple of days up in the north which feels great to run in
46 miles!
39 miles for me this week. Best of luck to Bria! Hope everyone has a great Fourth of July!
28 miles last week. Good luck to all Jackets at the trials! Slowly increasing mileage to get back on the plan after some intercostal pains.
Haven't commented in a few weeks due to a very busy schedule at my internship and then being on a mission trip in the Dominican Republic for a week. Last four weeks were 35, 38, 48, 56. Happy 4th!
45! I'm home for the 4th of July and I'm so so happy!!! I did my favorite neighborhood run Friday, beach run/island run Saturday, then bridge/downtown long run today!
Mt. Pleasant roxxxx.
46 miles last week
6 miles last week. I started my 2 week break this past week. I wish I could be at running camp for the next three weeks instead of work and school
53 miles last week. Camped out for Wimbledon last Friday and got to see Djokovic lose. Also got to do a long run in London with Ryan on Sunday. Hope everyone has a good July 4th!
24 miles last week! Had a fever last week, so I took a couple of days off for that. Feeling much better now and excited to pick up more mileage this week! Happy 4th!
40 miles last week. Next week I should be right on schedule again. Wimbledon was awesome. Also real nice to have a running partner again.
51 miles last week. I wish everyone a fun and safe 4th of July! Excited to see the first draft of the schedule.
41 miles this past week! I ran the Peach Tree road race today, not as a race but a little faster than usual, and that was fun! I hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!
39 miles! I'm counting down the days until running camp partially because that means I'll get to escape Florida's humidity.
39 miles. Got to do some nice running on my beachy island! Happy 4th of July everyone! #murrica
18 miles. Took a few days off last week to rest my shin. Visited Cleveland last week which was a fun time. Also got a fist bump from Dustin Johnson. Hype
35 miles for last week, my second week back
53 big ones! Tried out tight rope walking. Glad to know I have no future in that. Went shooting with the roommates in the Colorado grasslands for the 4th. God Bless America!
6, 6, and 15 alter-g miles in the last three weeks (all at 20-40% body weight). Got hired out of the blue as a sort-of-accountant, so I've been doing a lot of that over the past few weeks. Also managed to lock myself out of my room for most of last week; fun as that may sound, I can't wholeheartedly recommend it. The back window of my car also will not roll up, so come to 1085 State Street if you want to steal my umbrella.
Hey guys, so looks like I haven't posted since the week of June 12th, sorry about that coaches! Been super busy, working, running, traveling a little bit on the weekends. Hope everyone had a great fourth of July!
Week of June 12th - 28 miles
Week of June 19th - 34 miles
Week of June 26th - 45 miles ( I ran 2 long runs this week, one Sunday, one Friday, so next week may be a bit short)
34 miles last week. Great to see some Jackets at the Peachtree today! Time to put in some quality work this July.
39 miles! I got to run with Charlotte over the weekend in Cashiers, NC which was fun!
50 miles last week. Everything's fine down under
36 miles last week. Ran the Peachtree for the first time which was really fun!
49 miles for me this week! Switched Saturday and Sunday this week. Having an awesome time at camp!
39 miles for last week. I'm loving running in Madrid!! El parque de buen retiro is massive because it used to be the private gardens of the kings of Spain, so it is beautiful. I've probably run about 20 miles in there and still haven't seen everything there is to see. Tonight I am going to a Madrid Nike Training Session where Laura Serres is leading a group, so I'm very excited!!
31 for last week. Shin pain is back from outdoor. I've taken days off. Guess i'll just take more days off
35 miles! My brother and I finished 2 1000-piece puzzles so that was pretty cool
20 miles in 3 days. Biked (30-60min) for 3 days. Off/yoga on Thursday. Hip's not feeling great, but it's getting better(?). May ease off a bit/gage how it feels each day & act accordingly this week. 4 day class break's been really nice & restful.
33 miles! starting to get a chaco tan...
27 last week. Had to take Mon-Thurs off because I iced my foot for too long, but I'm back now and everything feels fine.
43 miles last week, been learning lots of Spanish from the Mexican restaurant down the road, they call me guero, which I think means white boy
43 last week
54 miles last week and 48 for the week before that. Saw a fat copperhead running at the mountain 2 weeks ago. If anyone comes up to Kennesaw to do a long run hit me up.
53 miles
35 miles last week! Got to go down to Universal Studios last weekend and 10/10 would recommend
44 miles
42:)
I've been working two jobs and forgot to post for the past couple weeks so 27, 35, 37 and it was so great to run the first half of Peachtree (before I got distracted by other people I know lol) with Rebecca squared :)
Ran 33 miles this past week and 29 the week of June 19th. Went kayaking a few times on the Chattahoochee, got my long run in at Kennesaw this week, and enjoying summer!
45 for me. I keep switching my long runs back and forth between Saturday and Sunday. Ran the Peachtree for the 9th time this year. It was so hot! It was nice seeing some fellow Jackets and a bunch of people from my high school team. I stuck to my strategy of trying to keep up with Rebecca Dow for as long as I can, but I also paced off of my cousin who is on the Clemson Triathlon team. I'm hoping to set up a get-together with the incoming freshman girls and last years freshman girls soon.
A little late to the draw here this week...Foot's all healed and I had my first run back of a whopping 3 miles after a month off.
46 and 56 for the last two weeks
46 last week!
40 last week. Writing on this blog so that I don't sleep during jumpstart jackets.
42 last week
