34 miles last week.
58 miles last week. 10x1' 8k goal pace on Tuesday went very well. Did the 5-4-3-2-1 workout on Friday on some hilly roads, but still a great effort. Feeling good and excited to be back in Atlanta soon!
Allie Walker- 49 miles last week! Super excited to be back with this team soon!
20 miles of running and 52 miles of hiking last week. Montana was great, but it was hard to get runs in out there. All of the hiking was still good work. Back in Atlanta now and will re-adjust mileage to work it back up to full, won't jump back too quickly. Left leg began to hurt again near where I fractured it last semester, but pain didn't stay long and it feels fine now. Took 3 days off and will be back to normal this week.
66 miles. Two 5 mile tempos. Felt pretty busy last week between work and running, but felt very good to finish the week strong.
40 miles last week!
65 miles last week and two 5 mile tempos. 59 miles the week before that. Tempos felt nice on the treadmill. Mileage bouta climb
52 miles last week. Did the 10 x 1 min on Tuesday, nothing special, and the 1-2-3 fartlek on Friday with Sarah, Katy, and Erin and it went well. Feeling good and I'm really excited for the season.
26 miles!! Actually having to wake up earlier because I’m not running just 4 miles everyday, but so worth it! Excited to be back soon!
55 miles last week. Great week up in Huntsville. Feeling more excited and motivated than ever. That Cross country schedule looks beautiful.
21 miles last week! Excited to be getting back into things!!
60 miles last week ! Enjoying the fartleks
49 miles for last week. Feeling kind of beat down from some kind of bug or something but all good. 8x1 min instead of 10x1 min fartlek on tues went good albeit a little slower than 8k pace. 4 mile tempo on friday felt garbage and ended up running 6:10 pace ave and was planning on going 5 miles @ sub 6 pace. But things are going in the right direction. Getting solid sleep!
45 miles last week. First week of workouts, solid fartlek with Jaeger/Harry at the park, and then a 5-4-3-2-1 with Harry in McCamish because of the rain. Great long run on sunday too, body is feeling strong and effort feels just right.
44 last week at camp, lots of lessons learned and memories made! Doubled everyday which showed me I can run way more than I originally thought. I also was reminded of the simplicity in running which can be easily forgotten at the collegiate level. My main takeaway: surround yourself by the youth and you will feel rejuvenated in the sport.
52 miles last week. Wanted to run 9 on Friday to get to 55 miles but my schedule and the weather had other plans. Feeling great though!
60 last week. Finally feeling like I’m starting to acclimate to going farther. I’m started to get excited for cross!!

57mi last week. 5mi tempo at 5:48avg. Felt good. Now that I’m at higher mileage it’s been harder balancing work and running and summer class but I’m getting it done. Excited to be done with work in two weeks :).
Another week at 65! Got to run in Hilton Head some, it was a fun change of scenery! Can’t wait to run with people soooon!
84 miles last week. Feels good to have gotten to full mileage and 2 workout a week while still feeling good. Going to take this week more down the plan says though. Started the week in Portland and Ended it in Charlottesville with my sister which was fun.
50 miles! Took a little trip to Montana and got in some exploring on my runs
60 miles last week. Did the 8x1 min, 3 min and an about 4.5 mile tempo.
69 miles last week. Good fartlek run on tues and 7 mile tempo friday.
69 miles last week!
I had to take off two doubles due to my infection... it turns out that stupid blister on my toe was infected :'( but it's all good now that I got the proper treatment. I have been loving the summer running! Can't wait for this week and XC season... the schedule is making me so excited :)
33 miles, was on pace for 46 but camp had me exhausted. Had a great time though, body feels much better.

55 miles, I’m doing a good job managing little aches and pains but struggling to get enough sleep bc I have to wake up at 5am. ππ»ππ»ππ»

58 miles last week. Fartleks both went well. Ran with Jack in Mcamish on Friday because of the rain so the turns made me a little sore, but I was able to get in some good recovery. Did the 5 4 3 2 1 on Friday

49 miles last week. Still holding off on workouts because I’m not up to full mileage yet, but still making sure I’m hitting a higher effort level Tuesday/Friday. Also drills before and strides after have kept me feeling 100%
63 miles last week. I had a lot of fun running out in Michigan visiting my grandpa. I did the 10x1’ and 54321 Fartleks approaching 8k pace and 5:25 pace respectively.
22 last week. Ran 4 days and biked the other 3. Getting back into it
