back to the grind

Another busy week with another home meet on tap. You won't see much new with this week's schedule, mostly some very familiar workouts. Things will begin to change though as we head into April next week. As with two weeks ago, we will text workout times for Tuesday morning, except for m&w800, which will go at 3:30 PM.
