+ light aerobic running
+ 5 x 80m starts on CRC turf
+ mcmillan core
(travel to Blacksburg)

shake-out run in AM, time-tbd
PM - COMPETITION; w= 6k / m= 8k
(travel to Atlanta)
those not competing:
