for all women, plus EC, Tim, Derek, BMat - 2:15 pm
for all other men - 3:30 pm
1. mobility - iron cross, scorpion
2. dynamic foot drills
3. 2 mile wu + 2 x 200m good swing
4. workouts:
a. 5 x 400m, r= 5'
b. 1000+600, r= 8' + 2 miles easy + 6 x 300m cut-downs
c. 800+1200+600+400 w/ 5 hurdles, r= 1'30", 2', 1'30" + 1.5 miles easy, 6 x 300m cut-downs
d. 6 x 1600m, r= 1'30"
5. 2 mile cd + balance w/ inverted hamstring

I hope Torrid Tuesday turns into Easy Wednesday. I feel like I have zero energy right now which means I must've left 100% on the track.
Getting ready to post for tomorrow...you'll get your wish, sort of! But remember what our friend Igloi says "every day hard training must make". Great job by everyone today, but hopefully we've all done the right things and recovery is in full effect! Get to bed a little earlier, if at all possible, and recovery will be complete!
