66 miles this week. Ran with PPRC for Wednesday's tempo and with Mohammed on Monday. Ran 14 mile long run at Kennesaw. Looking forward to seeing Hickey and possibly Mo at the starting line, and seeing PPRC at the 3-mile marker.

Ran 16 miles last week to recover from sprained ankle. Officially healed and back to normal running schedule in the hot GA weather...fun
