Watch on the live stream starting today:

http://www.usatf.org/events/2009/USAOutdoorTFChampionships/streaming.asp

Things to watch today are:
1st round of the 400, 800, 1500 and 3k steeple, and the final in the 10k

Watch for EC in the 1500.
Watch for Alphonso in the triple jump. I believe he has the 6th best jump mark in the nation.

Will Rupp win the 10k over Abdi?
Will Shalane dominate the 10k?

Check it all out today.

66 miles this week. Ran with PPRC for Wednesday's tempo and with Mohammed on Monday. Ran 14 mile long run at Kennesaw. Looking forward to seeing Hickey and possibly Mo at the starting line, and seeing PPRC at the 3-mile marker.

Ran 16 miles last week to recover from sprained ankle. Officially healed and back to normal running schedule in the hot GA weather...fun
