Sunday - had a long brunch at IHOP for Mother's Day.
Monday - watched some TV.
Tuesday - hit up the new Cary Zaxby's. Felt good.
Wednesday - did some interval work. 1 hour TV on, 2 hours full recovery (nap).
Thursday - hard day. played disc golf with friends. probably 1 or 2 miles walking @ 20 minute pace.
Friday - recovered from Thursday.
Saturday - 4 miles easy. Felt awesome.

So that's 4 for the week.
