12 miles last week. Only ran two days so that my foot would stop hurting.

I also biked Sun-Thurs. Friday I left for a vacation at Yellowstone. I'll be running here until next Sunday. I just checked in to a new hotel today and they said a grizzly has been spotted twice here within the last week. I'll be sure to buy some bear spray!

Good luck to everyone racing!

0 for last week. Just started back from my break on Sunday. Good Luck Billy, Wyatt, and Shawn! Represent 218 well! I guess good luck to Jeremy and Morgan as well lol.

As a quick side note, I traveled up to Nashville with Joe Stowe this weekend to watch him compete at the Music City Distance Carnival. I would definitely recommend that meet to anyone interested in doing post season meets in the upcoming years. Very laid back environment, and very fast as well!
