21 miles and six hours of cross training (bike/swimming/rock climbing/walking). I’m still trying to get comfortable with the summer weather so I’ve been running on the treadmill some, but once mileage ramps up a little you can find me at the river.

18 miles last week! I flew into Bozeman, Montana yesterday for my REU this summer and had an incredibly scenic 6 mile run from MSU's campus. I still have some left hip and hamstring problems, but the trails felt good. Best of luck to Jeanine, Avery, and Nahom!!

17 miles for me last week. Good luck to Nahom, Jeanine, and Avery! I’m interning at the Atlanta airport, but commuting from Marietta so if anyone wants to meet up at Tech, the river, or Kennesaw to run on weekends or in the evening on weekdays, HMU!
