54 miles. I was unable to complete my Saturday run due to some pain in my right leg. Hoping it is just general tension. Wild fires are starting to encroach a little in the Etna area so the air is quite smokey.

24 miles last week. 2 7’s and 2 5’s. Beyond excited to slowly be back training. I highly recommend The Last Dance on Netflix for some MJ and the Chicago Bulls motivation.

8 miles last week! Very exciting to start back my runs in Colorado on the nice little trails! Except we did the long run at Mags yesterday and that was not a nice little trail. But then we met up with the Ellen Flood which made it worth it:) Otherwise I’m still keeping up my cross training and having a great time out here! Also, Gillian flies in today so excited to train with her too!!

53 miles last week. Ran a little bit less than what my mileage plan has because I was feeling very tired, but it was the right call. Allowed me to have a great long run yesterday, my longest one ever. Feeling good going into this week, counting down the days till we are all back on campus together!

30 miles last week. Workouts have been a bit tough, but I’m super happy with my fitness level right now compared to last summer. Long run yesterday went great, first time running 8 this summer. Aiming for 35 this week.

66 miles. Nice to have a down week, but of course ready for the up weeks to come. I'm feeling much better than last week after getting cross-contaminated, but I'm also being mindful not to overdo it during runs. Yesterday, I did my first up week long-run mileage which was 17 miles. Helena and I met up for this Sunday excursion and as we ran there was hardly a second of silence as we chatted the whole run...so excited to be teammates! She witnessed how I learned the hard way that you shouldn't try the running gels without having water to go with it. Anyways, proud that everyone seems to be doing well both in and out of training. Let's all have another great week!

63 miles last week! Did my down week the week before to give myself time to adjust to altitude. It was such a fun week of training, we got to do our long run at Magnolia Road which was so difficult but will hopefully make Kennesaw feel a lot easier ;) Going home tomorrow, wish I could stay in Colorado longer but I'm excited to see everyone in a few weeks!

45 this week. Both workouts were amazing and very comfortable. I added in some hillier routes into my runs so my calves were a little tight but overall feeling good.

60 Miles last week as a little consolidation week - Tuesday substituted workout for 8 easy 30 sec hill reps jogging rest. Friday 6 mile easy tempo with group ≈6:05 pace.

Good rest week bc I ran 16 miles sunday and this week will be long. Im so burnt out of working though and am seriously looking forward to school and the season.

47 miles this week feels really good to be at a little bit higher mileage again definitely felt the jump seeing as I was sick a little last week. Was tired but ready to tackle this week head on.

I'm up to 20min runs which is cool. Loving Arizona and looking forward to seeing everyone!

36 miles last week and 1 hour aqua jogging. The 2 tempos I did felt great!!!

Only 27 miles last week, I was on track for 35 but during my long run at Kennesaw mountain with my high school team on Saturday I twisted my ankle. It hurt too bad to finish the long run and hurt on Sunday so I took both Sunday and Monday off. Happily, it was starting to feel better Monday night so I was able to do today’s workout for this week! It bothered me during the warmup but as I went on the pain subsided!

60 miles last week 53 the week before. My tempos feel very good and I’ve not had any summer before where I felt like I truly had good tempos like this. Fartleks have been a little different but they have still been good. Last week of my internship so I’m excited to get home!
