35 miles this week. Tuesday workout went well, Friday not so much. Will be nice to be down in mileage this week. Ran a good progressional long run on Sunday and am super happy with my fitness level this summer compared to last. Excited to get back to campus
60 miles last week, 2 solid workouts. Excited to get some better sleep now that I’m moved in.
48 miles last week. Workouts went really well and my body felt really good in general all week.
67 miles. I did Tuesday and Friday's workouts alone and they both went well. Strides Thursday felt smooth. Am back on campus now at the Track House.
74 miles last week, highest to date. Had some solid fartlek sessions with some guys on the team. Enjoying life right now.
28 miles last week plus a lot of biking and strength/core/yoga. Had such a good last few days in Colorado Springs with Clay, Gillian, and Katy! Then I went out to see my sister in Aspen for a few days. Got to run on my fav trail ever again, the Rio Grande, and seeing my twin was cool too. So happy to be back in Atlanta I kinda missed the Georgia heat! So excited to see everyone soon!
24 miles and 4 hours of aqua jogging. Tuesday's fartlek workout went great. Only ran Sunday through Wednesday. Got cleared today by the Doctor to start back running again. She said as long as the pain in my lower left knee area does not increase as I begin running that workouts and intensity can continue.
40 miles last week. Sprained my big toe on Wednesday and took Thursday and Friday off of running to give it some rest. Ran a test 3 miles on Saturday and had minimal pain. Ran normal long run yesterday and pain was also minimal. Recovery is going well, it’s coming back stronger already.

60 miles last week! I was so happy with the week, I had two great workouts and really prioritized recovery/stretching. Ready for a down week but couldn't be more excited to start practice in a few days! I'm looking forward to moving back in tomorrow :)
Katy- 66 miles last week! Had so much fun in my last week at altitude! I really enjoyed spending time with the Colorado crew, but Im excited to see everyone this coming week in Atlanta! I switch my long run day to Saturday when I was in Missouri on my way home since we woke up at 5 am to leave Missouri for Georgia! It was a long drive but Clay and Hope made it so much more fun! I’m really going to miss Colorado and all of its beauty π
Nice 66 mile down week
