42 miles last week. Making my way back up to full mileage after some leg pain last week and a bit of sickness this week. Good 10x(1 on, 3 off) workout last week, but had to skip Friday workout because of sickness. Should be back on plan this week, looking forward to some consistency again.

71 miles. 10X1' & 5mi tempo. I like this stage of training a lot: Frequency= frequent; Volume= voluminous; Intensity= medium but intensifying.

57 miles last week. Workouts already felt a lot better than the week before, I’ve been more intentional about keeping easy days easy and I think it’s helping a lot!

50mi last week. 123212321 fartlek on Tuesday 5:36avg. Was aiming for 6mi easy tempo Friday. Got through 4mi at 5:50 avg and had to stop because a big storm was rolling in and a blister I got Thursday was starting to hurt. Biked 14mi Saturday to let the blister heal. Meant to bike for longer but got a flat 7mi in so I had to turn around.

Kate Jortberg: 60 miles which is my highest since 2021! Did 2 weekend runs with Ellie and Mary in Florida and the fartlek on Tuesday and easy tempo on Friday which were pretty good for early season considering this is my max mileage and my job is exhausting. I am so excited to go back to school

57 miles. Accidentally did nearly 14miles on my LR so I guess that was a good introduction to the new normal. Tan it a bit faster and did a little pickup at the end so counted that as my one workout and did the 5,4,3,2,1 fartlek on Thursday.
