Hey team! 36 miles running and 120 minutes of swimming. Tuesday’s workout felt super smooth. Friday 75% tempo was a hot one, but a good effort day. The ocean has been good ice tub conditioning.

72 miles last week. Fartleck workout was solid, paces were good at controlled effort. Weather conditions remain a slight factor. Otherwise, mostly well acclimated to the high heat in Wichita. Return to Atlanta in 8 days.

50 miles last week + good bit of walking/hiking. Knee is finally starting to feel better, but now my soleus is feeling strained. This is usually what happens, one thing goes away, something new rises. Really having a hard time getting in workouts with all of these complications. Working hard on PT.

40 miles last week. It’s the end of summer and that means fatigue. Definitely felt the build up of summer mileage and heat this week so I slowed the workouts down a bit. Back in atl and super pumped to see everyone!
