there definetely looks like there is some possible supination among these runners although i can't be 100% because i can't see the whole running cycle with more pictures.
people that supinate tend to have it band, achilles tendon and plantar fascitis.
but you can compensate for these problems by making sure that you do a good job of stretching out your calves, hamstrings, quads, and it band.
