2 sundays down 24 to go and already two spectacular late night cat calls. One girl even offered me her shirt and starting singing "eye of the tiger" as she drove along next to me. Needless to say, that was my fastest mile but i turned down the shirt. In other news, brandon is still my hero. Grand total of 42 kilometres.

25 miles. I'm already getting withdraws from the endless powerade supply and ice baths. And Brandon, you know what to say when they interview you. Make us proud youngblood.

Put a solid 11 miles in the bank this week. Most of the week was taken up by a 1936 mile road trip from the sandy shores of VB to the stunning flatirons of Boulder. Nobody go to Kansas!! It is the lamest place ever! My first run in Colorado was awesome. I was in ecstasy for the whole 8 minutes. Actually being on ecstasy was the only good part because it felt like the hulk just punched me in the heart. Breathing is getting better though. Unfortunately no cat calls like "the (dick) whistler", unless you count the homeless hippie that asked me for a condom...I didn't have one. Good luck to the Lasaraptor (patent pending) as he begins his journey to All-American status! Anyway, real running begins tomorrow for me. Ready to tear it up!

29 miles last week. I have no particularly exciting stories, but it was good start-up mileage. I can say pretty confidently that it has gotten hot in both Georgia and Florida though.

21 (originally I said 24 so I deleted that comment). Mileage got wrecked by a minor ankle twist that involved no jackassery but took me down 10-12 miles. Somehow even walking on a trail is dangerous for me. No cat-calls in Douglasville or Chattanooga, just a few people yelling "Put on your shirt homo!" and "Run Forest Run!" Needless to say these people are very open minded to tanned shirtless men in girl's shorts.

I run up to the trails like whatup i got some new sneaks
Nah I'm just pumped up, bought new threads from the big peach
and the farmers tan is so damn sexy
got the ladies saying, "That's a cold ass techie."
Getting back, milage weeks
Icing up in grandmas creek
Killing all my summer work while forking down some recipes
striders in pasture field
cows standing next to me
Shoulda ran earlier, its hotter than Coach Megesi.....

I ran 40, and saw a wild Lasaraptor at Stone Mountain.

Kill it Brandon.

13, only got to run 3 days because of travel and jet lag, I am back on track for this week though

And, Good Luck Brandon, I hope you have "learn[ed] to use that kick"

49 for the week.

I got to experience some of the lovely New York weather that Wyatt gets to deal with as I was at my brother's graduation from Cornell during Memorial Day weekend. It sucked massively. If I were you, Wyatt, I would move.

Brandon, I definitely mentioned this to you before I left, but Thursday's my birthday. If you don't qualify for finals I'll be sad and keep the 10 bucks I owe you. Good luck.

GOOD LUCK BRANDON!!

3 miles last week.

I emailed you and coach Megesi but got no reply so I wasn't sure if you received it?! The extra week Megesi told me to take off I think helped a lot. My knee is still bothering me when I sit for a while but no pain while running so far! :)

22 this past week! Been feeling extremely tired when I run?? Probably from all the sitting around the last two weeks! Good luck this week Brandon, you've accomplished so much thus far don't forget to keep it fun! Also, I think our team should officially adopt the term 'Lasaraptor,' nice work Jeremy... I hope everyone is doing well and can't wait to be back in August!

30 for last week! I'm all moved in to Savvy Sav and I started work today. I work in a massive building that is 1.4 miles in circumference (over 2 million square feet), so maybe I can run some laps if I need a break in the day? It's extremely hot and humid here but I guess what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Good job and good luck Brandon! We're behind you regardless but we wish you the absolute best!

Also I already miss everybody. I've got two open couches so come visit, even if you're truthfully coming more for the beach than for your beloved teammate Allison.

Dear lord Greenie, that post was funny. Unlike Bill the Dick, no cat calls were sent my way whilst running because I ran <0.25 miles this week. I did, however, see Little Big Town in concerto at the boardwalk and finished a gnarly set of cornhole boards. Brandon probably won't read this post but good luck to you sir #800squad

12 miles for last week. So far I feel pretty good. Just a couple little pains but overall I'm healthy. I don't have any cable or internet at my apartment in Winder, GA this summer so I have nothing to distract me from running and recovering.
