All reporting of weekly mileage should now be to the comment section of the blog.
A short post as a long day of travel back to the east coast is on tap for today. So everyone, new and old, look up and read the two sub-titles to the blog. Those are two very important concepts to always keep in mind in our program as they govern almost everything we do. Read them, understand them, and know them!

36 miles. Had a solid run at Juhan with Veith.
30 miles. On a side note, i went boating in lake on tuesday and the engine broke so we had 5 people in the water with ropes tied to their lifevests as they pulled the boat to the boatramp. Quality day
22 miles this week.
38 miles
22. I was sick, so I took off in the beginning of the week. Also, my little sis taught me to erg (row), cool stuff!

10 miles last week. So far everything is feeling good! The house I'm living in for the summer is right by Pitt's campus so I've been running through there some reppin' my GT gear! Hope everyone is having a good summer!
41 miles last week. Munn's deserted me and went on vacation to Florida. Typical. Now I run the woods of Cheatham hill in solitude.

42 this week
Oh also, I will be running the Peachtree this Saturday. I do not know what my number is yet though.
50 in 6 this week. Felt pretty dead all week honestly. Unfortunately our AC has been out the past 8 days and everyone else in my house has parents who live nearby so I have been sleeping in the coolest room (living room) on the couch (worse than 218's). My room registered as 89 one morning when I woke up drenched so that was exciting and has just made me a little more drained each day but it was fixed this afternoon! All that being said, I ran with my new KTC friends a few times on some incredible trails and greenways so that was great. Any freshmen doing faset next weekend wanting to run who are not doing peachtree?

29 miles, some birds blocking one of my running routes made me turn around twice
35 miles. Ran long run on Saturday instead of Sunday so I'm a bit over.
42, had an interesting run through a local farm. First a little grey chicken popped out of the weeds, sprinted across my path faster than I knew chickens could run, hit a fence, and then FLEW over the entire fenced in area, like full on flying for over 100ft! Needless to say I was impressed and now understand why Rocky had a hard time catching the stupid things. Later, I had a groundhog run in front of screeching and a little bit later another one barked at me as I ran by. I also had a few deer appear out of nowhere startling me. Nature's scary man; at least horses and cows are cool.

24 miles last week. Did a 10 mile long run with Miles last night, my mileage is slowly converging to what my plan says I'm supposed to be doing.

45 last week, 40 the week before
And Nico, as the former co-owner of a rooster who was fond of escapes, they're definitely super hard to catch.

30. Really jealous of everyone running the Peachtree!!
Sorry for the late post, been traveling a lot. 47 the week before and 43 this past week. Was back in Atlanta for the weekend, it felt like a fall day compared to Wilmyhood's heat index (105+), so nice to get in some mileage and a Peachtree Battle. There are some bugs on that run that will attack you, got my eye bit and stung, not too much fun
32 last week
O, cross trained all week
35 last week
36 Miles.

Hey I am running the Peachtree tomorrow! I will be in start wave A and will be wearing blue and white striped shorts and a red shirt. I will be at the D sign in the meet up area afterwards if anyone wants to meet!
