14 miles for this past (partial) week. Excited for this summer. I have a lot of running related goals, including improving sleep to improve recovery and getting in as much training as possible with GT teammates and my brother who's going to run at VT this fall. He had a pretty awesome track season after a long string of injuries so I def want to take some pages out of his book.

Gonna be in ATL at least through June, so hit me up if you want to run! This team's gonna do great things this summer and fall!
