simple but not easy

Reminders...

For those on campus, go to MY HOUSING for info on move-in dates and times for your dorm.

Incoming first-year: move-in August 10-11
Returning Students & Transfers: move-in August 12

Both the team and GTAA will have functions during the following week before school starts.  Before you make any other plans for this week, make sure you clear with coaches first. If you know of any conflicts, make sure you notify coaches as soon as possible.

The build to full volume continues.  One 75% Easy Tempo on Tue or Fri, short hill repeats or fast strides on Thursday, and S&C circuit on Tue and Fri.  Simple, but not easy.  Stay the course, be patient.

Huge congrats to KE and CM!

55 miles last week. Great first tempo and some S+C. Still working out the knee tendinitis, but it's manageable and hasn't really stopped me from doing what I need to do. Had some great runs with Charlie and Devin on the Lake Michigan shore in Milwaukee this weekend. Getting excited to see everyone at practice soon!

Congratulations to KE and CM, very happy for y'all!

65 miles last week. The tempo went great and first strength session had my glutes and hamstrings very sore but feeling good besides that.

42 miles last week. Had the best time running the Peachtree (ran most of it with Nicole Fegans who undoubtedly is still very fit and talented). Enjoying the short hill strides and steadily increasing milage.

63 miles last week plus a few really incredible hikes ;) I have been in Abq, NM since Wednesday and have been loving exploring new trails and enjoying the beauty of the West! The dry heat has been a nice change from the humidity in Augusta, but I'll be back to the poor man's altitude soon enough! I forced Cole to do my first workout with me (a local 10K) and he has not run again since lol... instead he's been keeping me company on his bike :)
Anyways...

Thank you Coach Drosky and everyone for all of the congrats !! <3

Seems like I enjoyed reading people’s comments these past two weeks and then forgot to type my own. Come on Isabella. Peachtree was awesome! I ran it with Myles and had a great first experience. 36 miles with one tempo and hill repeats.
