Coach, I know that you pointed me to some articles written by Frank Horwill a couple of years back. I remember reading some good articles about weight relative to height in distance running. It talks about Dr. Stillman's weight guidelines. Just in case anyone on the team wants to look at these articles, I posted the link: http://www.serpentine.org.uk/pages/advice_frank.html I find in my individual case I race best when I weight around what the guidelines suggest~154 for someone 6'1"
