2. dynamic foot drills
3. 2 mile wu + 3 x 60m starts
4. 3 mile hard run on track (2 mi. at specified pace, then hard to finish)

5. 2-3 mile cd + downward dog, inverted hamstring
We will NOT meet Friday afternoon, optional light run on your own.
Saturday practice, meet in coliseum at 8:00AM.
