*run according to how you feel. If you need more of a recovery day, run easier. If your schedule permits, you can run on your own in the morning to avoid the hotter part of the day.

coach, I had a final today. I got a final tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. My mileage on last week was 63. I ran the workout on SAC field and ran off of time 2:30 w/ 1 min recovery because I haven't measured 800m on sac
