mmd= 4-6 miles
men's distance= 6-8 miles
4. light strides on grass
5. downward dog

Coach don't forget to put me in the 800 at the home meet. I think I can run a 2:17.
Also, I ran 3 this morning and I'm going to run 4-5 on my own later today
