I ran a 5-4-3-2-1 fartlek. It felt good considering the weather up here is awful.

I did about 14' of hills and then continued for a 55' run. I felt pretty good. Yesterday I did an 8 mile run in 48 minutes and that felt good.

Hello all. My achilles has been bothering me a bit but other than taking a day or two short cause of that I ran decent last week. I got in about 70 miles, had a 1hr 50min long run, and ran a solid 6 mile steady run.

5-4-3-2-1 fartlek. Got the opportunity to wear shorts and not bundle up, which was a real treat. Didn't feel bad at all; felt like a fartlek should. MERRY CHRISTMAS! (and happy hanukkah james)

Hey guys. Last week (sunday through saturday) I ran 79.7 miles. 5 doubles. Today I ran 2X14 set of hills with the 6X100meter after the hills. I felt pretty good. Training in general has been going pretty well.
